SHIPPING POLICY

All Arose Ateliér items are crafted in-house with care and intention.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
